With 4 easy steps and one flat rate design fee, your design package will be customized and completed for you!
It starts with a simple video call, you send us some basic measurements and answer some design questions and within approximately two weeks, we will send you a full design package for your space!

Prior to the video call, a deposit fee of $150.00 plus tax will be required to secure your meeting along with images and basic measurements of your space.
Deposit fee is placed towards your final payment or is 100% refundable if the client decides not to move forward with the project within 14 days of the initial video call consultation.
Shortly after your remote design consultation with Margaret, you will receive a personalized “Scope of Work” which includes a breakdown of the items to be designed, sourced, priced and presented to you via PDF, along with your design fee. Your signed approval and 50% deposit is required at this time to commence your design work.
In Home Design Co focuses on design solutions that respond to the time we live in.
Within approximately 2 weeks of your approval of the Scope of Work, you will be provided with the following design package via email in the form of a PDF (full colour, labelled)
Drawings – two options of furniture PLANS to indicate layout options
Vision Boards – to include minimum of two design concept images, two options of each furniture option, art and accessories
Sourcing/Pricing – itemized list of items recommended on vision boards indicating a web link, the supplier, and price
The design package is then presented to you via a scheduled video call with Margaret and an emailed pdf. The final balance is also due upon receipt of the design package.
The design phase is complete and you are free to use the price list to place orders yourself, at your discretion and arrange deliveries and assembly at your discretion!
For a more customized approach, we are able to offer our services to place all orders for you! Upon your approval of our design delivery flat fee, we will provide you with one simple invoice to include all the items of your approval, place the orders and arrange delivery at your convenience. The total amount of the orders would be due upon your approval.
